We bring all of our own state-of-the-art sound equipment, mixers, and professional wireless microphones. All we require from the venue or host is a dedicated, reliable power source (outlet) and a safe, level space/table to set up our gear.
For balloon decor
We just need access to the setup area during your designated setup time window.
We proudly service El Paso and the immediate surrounding areas with no additional travel fees. For events outside our standard service radius, a minor travel fee may apply to cover mileage and transport. Let us know your venue location when inquiring so we can give you an accurate quote.
Yes, we can! However, please note that outdoor elements like wind, intense direct sunlight, and heat can affect the lifespan of balloons. Because of this, there are additional fees for outdoor decor due to the specialized, weather-approved materials and extra anchoring required to keep the structure secure. We also highly recommend a shaded or sheltered area for outdoor setups whenever possible to keep them looking perfect for your entire event.
Yes, we absolutely bring the party outside! Whether it's a backyard bash, a school field day, a park gathering, or a dealership event, we love fueling outdoor celebrations.
However, since our gear is professional-grade and electrical, we have a few strict requirements to keep the music pumping safely:
Shade and Shelter: The DJ setup, sound equipment, and hosting station must be placed under a solid canopy, tent, or covered patio. This protects the gear from direct sunlight, overheating, and sudden wind or dust.
Power Supply: The host or venue must provide a reliable, dedicated power source (outlet) within reasonable distance of the setup.
Weather Policy: In the event of extreme heat, heavy dust storms, or rain, we must have a safe, backup indoor space to move the gear so the music doesn't stop!
